Twist Body

There is a body there within the folds of flesh.  The form is unfamiliar as it is bent in upon itself, disguising the original form.  If you look closely, you can begin to recognize slender body parts.  That combines into another form beyond this one. Which is the original one is part of the other and required it to create this one both shapes depend on the other.
