Just looking at this image brought back memories of a painting by Rembrandt, Dr Nicolaes Tulp’s anatomy lesson., It shows of a group of people watching Nicolaes surgery on an arm.  My first regulation recall might have been appeared on an album cover by the group Focus, it was my uncle’s. Or looking at illustrations in art books in school as a young child and simply recognizing it in the album cover.
