Against The Fence
Children playing against the fence. Maybe it is the Great Wall of China, or they’re hiding from Martians invading the planet and their imaginations are unlimited, or maybe they’re hiding from their parents, for it is time to go to sleep.
Become older, it’s hard to imagine the intensity we used to play with each other. Participating in the stories we truly share and become anxious about at the moment. That kind of interaction rarely occurs in older individuals, or at least not quite to the same imaginative extent.
