Scream
Is the horror something that builds up slowly or just came over you now. Was there a slow scratching feeling in the back of your mind all day long. Has it just erupted at this moment without forethought, something you might have seen. Better to be panicked by what is immediately there, than the nagging sensation of fear all the time.
