Restrained the best engorged with milk with ropes from above and below, holding back the waterfall of life-giving milk to sustain the child within. Ropes do not interrupt the birth but rather give the observer more control over her body, they are left imprisoned as though a cow we locked behind a stall. There is no gag in the mouth, are too polite to complain.

Is this about power or control who wants the ropes, maybe she feels out of control and by being tied down regains her own personal control with no gag she can say stop.
