In 2014 moved from Vancouver to Toronto. Was seriously painting at the time, so I needed to be able to paint as soon as I arrived. This was a substantial move, and had no intention of going back. Found a large suitcase that would fit a ⅛ in hardboard, 15 × 24 in, 380 × 610 mm. There was also room for my paints and paint brushes. This was enough to tide me by before I became able to acquire some more material.
