Ghosted
Where did they really go, confusing when you are forgotten? Did you do something wrong? They turned us into ghosts; did not we turn them into ghosts? Your significance to them was quite minor, so there is resentment and confusion. You are just not on the schedule until the next year; you are no longer needed by them. So people who ghosted you should be made into the ghosts, not you. In the end it is you who have made them what they are, allowing your imagination like all creatures of imagination to invade your thoughts.
