Vehicular homicide is a new inventive crime for clowns in a car that involves the death of a person with a red nose, not the one driving. This is either the result of either criminally negligent or murderous well operation of a motor vehicle.

Of course the biggest question would be who was driving the car as we already understand clown have at least 45 people in them maybe they’d all take responsibility, or maybe they all do drive at slightly different times.
