Isabella Rossellini
1952 an Italian, the daughter of Ingrid Bergman and Roberto Rossellini. Success as a model established her career in American and European cinema. Born in Rome, has three siblings from her mother and fraternal twin sisters. At 11, she was diagnosed with scoliosis undergoing 18 months of painful stretching, body casts she carries the incision scars on her body. If she had had an exoskeleton like this sea creature maybe her life would have been simpler, the pain of operations and a shell that one could remove and expose one’s tender interior body with ease.
