Local Officer
Uniform of official officer of something presenting authority, enacting codes and executing them to those who will not oblige. A path forged maybe following your father’s footsteps or failing at all other things. Feeling small and need a psychological lift to make one feel better about themselves. Now people must respect you, whether their actions deserve it or not. Power imbued by simply a uniform that represents an external Authority, one that’s you may have been party to his creation but likely was enforced on you or always been.
